In Boots today paying for a No7 nail varnish £6.25 less £5 No7 voucher and they had lots of Lee Stafford Hairdryers that were getting reduced from £22 to £5, got one for DD Xmas. I mentioned that there was an electrical event on this weekend and she said they were reducing mens razors, hairdryers and other bits.[/quote

    you are so lucky!

    I really need/want that hairdryer
:kisses3: and this with him too & don't mind spending points on him either.

SO DOES THAT MEAN... THE SALE HAS STARTED?!?!?! (or is it just like a perfume sale etc :o) OR IS IT A HUGEEE MASSIVE EVERYTHING SALE :D:p

    xxxx

Well there was lots in this store....perfumes...Loads of baby stuff (breast pumps, sterilisers etc all half price!) No7 suncreams & other various stuff reduced but you need to look for it as it's not out on a reduced stand it's all still in it's normal spot. I have to say that this is happening more & more so I now just check the shelves ratger than looking for a reduced stand.

    Good luck...I hope it's nationwide!
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!

Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:

I've had one of those trips where at the end you just want to kick yourself....
First my card wouldnt go in ACM (tried several time), so no vouchers.

    Picked up:
    • TS Long hair serum (blue) £6.99
    • TS Shampoo £4.49
    • Ruby and Mille eye Brush £5
    • Boots comb £1
    • Mediterranean Body scrub £1.88
    • Mediterranean body cream £1.88
    Ts mag voucher bleeped,
    £5 Pinky Bleeped

    ...

Can anyone tell me if the TS glitch still works?

I haven't seen a TS Long Hair serum in blue for 6.99. Are you sure it was a long hair product? I'm pretty sure the only long hair item for 6.99 is the serum in the pink bottle. I'd guess the till beeped for your voucher because *neither* of the products you grabbed was in the long hair range, and thus you hadn't met the requirements.

    hand over
    500points when you buy 2 x P&P products (ACM)
    No7 Pinkie

    Pay nowt??

Have I got that ACM voucher right?

That should work no problem! :T

  • I know Thrifty Ruby posted about perfumes going on half price today but also watch out as you get a free body lotion with some of them too.

My Friend got Kylie Showtime for £14.50 for the 50ml and a free body lotion worth £12.

I so must go get ds this time.

I bought the Christina Agulia (sp) 75ml for 1650 points (£16.50) & on .Com you get a FREE body lotion which I didn't get. I just phoned customer services & they said it wasn't FREE in the shops! :o I will still check as I am going to pop over to Wincheap again & get some more for presents!

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Mortgage-free Glee!
I have been following this thread with great interest as I won some Boots vouchers recently and wanted to make the most of the money on them.
Today in several trips into Boots I managed this:

    2 x Lynx twin packs
    2 x ibuprofen
    chocolate bar for ds

Spend £5.30 is . Got pinkie and ts and 20ish points

Dd got £5.00 orange top up.
Got pinkie , ts and 20 points

Got 2 x jk nail files, and flu tablets (for ds), TS LH serum and a TS Straight addict shampoo
Spent £6.00 ish but got 530 points. Also got pinkie and ts

Then twice did 2 x lynx and 1 large choc bar. (necessary due to PMT!!!)
    Got 2 x pinkies and 2 x ts and 40 points.

In a different Boots I managed to get 3 remaining Lash Extensions mascaras free with 3 of No 7 vouchers. and also had to buy a shaving balm for oh so bought No 7 one and only paid £1.50

I still have one pinkie to use and all 5 till spits to use. The local out of town Boots has a pile of TD moisturiser reduced so hoping to go up there tomorrow and use the mag in voucher as well as the till spit.

This is my first serious effort at Bootsing so well pleased.
I have got a good few presents to put away for Christmas now - the Lynx will be very popular with the younger males!

Thank you for all the posts, It has taken some time working it all out but I think I got there in the end.

Im off to Boots tomorrow to try the mitchum glitch for the first time. I have printed both the vouchers off and was wondering do you have to hand them to the SA in any order (eg does the 50% one have to be scanned first or the £1 off)

    Thanks

Snipped from my earlier post: I have never had a problem with mitchum vouchers and I've been putting a couple through with every shop. I put the 50% ones in the basket which the SA inputs manualy because my printed ones don't scan and at the end of my shop I ask if I can use the £1 off vouchers, never been refused. I've been buying at £1.65 and getting back £2.50 for each so 85p off the rest of my shopping. HTH

Hi all had few more good shops today the usual td & ts stuff also got t & g shampoo which is on offer managed to find a mag with voucher for 200 pts had to wrestle with the sa to add manually, tried 250 pts from gwp to get either mascara or cosmetics sponge but both bleeped sa said if it did not bleeped she would have let me use 250 pts and till splits but was not to be. Tried to get R&M pallette but that bleeped as well would not let me use £5 till spilt cos it was reduced

It was just a joke! I've got 5 packs but i use face wipes at least once a day so i'll get through them. some are for my mum too. they're drowning in the wipes in my local anyway so it's not like i didn't leave any for others. didn't mean to upset people :(

Don't worry about it, you don't have to justify to anyone just enjoy the glitches I do :money:
