OK, so i am seeing all this exciting stuff about TS glitches. I've neevr really followed this thread, but seems like I definitely should be from now on as I am partial to a boots bargain!!

Could someone please just clarify the TS glitch. Is the free product voucher in the boots mag free to AC holders? If so i just pick 2 trevor sorbie products (long hair serum and anything else not long hair) and give it to the lady with the magazine voucher to get BOTH items for 1p?

I bought the long hair shampoo and long hair serum on Monday and the till deducted the price of the serum. HTH

am i right in thinking handbag.com is something to do with boots? i thought it was and my suspicions were mostly confirmed when there was something in the acm about handbag.com. anyway the mitchum 50% voucher comes from handbag.com so boots have a hard neck refusing it :mad: .

i haven't got any mitchums yet, we tried on saturday in a small boots. we chose 4 mitchum sprays along with other shopping and had 4 50% off vouchers. s.a scanned one and it went through, then she said she wasn't sure so checked with the pharmacist (who is in charge of the store). they refused to accept them, we asked why and she said because she had never seen them before. eventually she tried to phone her area pharmacy manager but after 10minutes came back saying she couldn't get him as it was a saturday. we suggested that she check another store and she refused:mad: . so we left all the mitchums. (the 50% vouchers i have also show the product - so no confusion as to what it was for)

Currently multi-tasking here, by trying to read Boots thread and create a photo book on Photobox at the same time!

Mr Buffy was relieved to have a day off from Bootsing today - think I will grace Cambridge Retail Park with my presence on Friday night instead...have got one No7 pinky and one skincare tillspit left...plus 2x 200 TD mag vouchers so would be rude of me not to spend another £5 and get a 2nd skincare tillspit, wouldn't it? :A

There's been lots of talk about the new No7 ltd edition eyeshadow palette, but I don't think I've seen much talk about these from the same range...



Are we not liking these lip tint pencils then?

Got the £5 Lash Extensions mascara today (last one on the shelf!) and used £5 pinky No7 voucher ok, but when i also tried to use 250 points on No7 cosmetics voucher from the current GWP it beeped, SA called supervisor over and he said it couldn't be used in conjunction with any other offer . Anyone else been able to use it ok? Can't complain though really, cos did get the mascara free, plus 3 lots of Time Delay wipes for free with 600 points back :rotfl: Quick question - how many packs of Time Delay wipes is too many? :rolleyes:

I have never had a problem with mitchum vouchers and I've been putting a couple through with every shop. I put the 50% ones in the basket which the SA inputs manualy because my printed ones don't scan and at the end of my shop I ask if I can use the £1 off vouchers, never been refused. I've been buying at £1.65 and getting back £2.50 for each so 85p off the rest of my shopping.

I think the fact that the serum in the pink bottle gets deducted no matter what you get with it is part of the glitch. I think the other people who got a serum yet paid more than 1p (at least the posts I noticed) got the wrong serum, and that's why it didn't work.

I tried this yesterday on the SS tills and it beeped when I tried to use the 500 pts for 2 P&P products. I assumed it did not work because it's not recognised as a P&P item (no mention on the receipt) so you're very lucky that it worked for you!
