Cecelia ring and ask for complaints dept and say u will be cancelling your contract unless this matter is resolved within a set number of days, explain, they are in breach of contract under sale of goods/services act, they have sold u a service which is not as described in your contract, they have breached the contract by not giving u what u paid for, Also demand a refund for the days u have had a poor internet service, they cant expect u to pay for days where they messed up your service xxxxxxx

I'm sure you'll get through it a much stronger person. It's really harsh when it's happening but it really toughens you up & makes you stronger in the long run.
