Hi Guys,
How do I adjust the number of items that I am selling on an auction on ebay.
eg. I have 15 items to sell orignally but have sold/gifts to friends away from Ebay.
How do I change that on Ebay to show this new figure?

If you are selling on a dutch auction just log into ebay and open your auction. Near the top on the left there is an option to revise item..click that and follow the instructions. I haven't had to adjust quantities before but I have been able to make other adjustments that way so it should work.
If the items are listed individually then log in again, and at the top left there is the option to end auction.
Obviously none of your listing fees are refundable and ending auctions early because they have been sold elsewhere is technically against the terms and conditions, but it should be OK.

Just to add, if you have a dutch auction, and there are bids, you won't be able to change the quantity - likewise, if you have an item that is buy it now, and you have sold more than 1, you will not be able to change the quantity.The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)0

JPs you are quite right I just made the assumption that the Spikey had no bids in yet. Sorry If I confused you Spikey, but as JPS says you can't change quantities once you have bids in, nor can you end an auction that has bids unless you cancel every bid manually.
