My husband ordered some from valuflora for me for xmas. They arived in time but were disspointing. Of course i love any pressie i get, but my husband wishes he'd gone to tescos with the £45 and filled a car with flowers for me instead. The bunch they sent didnt even fill my vase! Have compained and waiting for response :mad:

I received an email regarding my missing flowers and they blamed Royal Mail for them not arriving on time..The fact is they didn't arrive at all and one bouquet was for the north of england and one the south.I don't even think they sent them at all...They took the money though on the 7th of november.I will not be using them again.Fair enough Royal Mail do loose things but it's very strange both bouquets went astray...After further emails they still blamed royal mail...I don't believe them...After giving me a refund yesterday they said they didn't have to as it was royal Mails fault!!!!!!!!!!

Well... just to add my 2cents... valueflora have been excellent for me so far! I've ordered twice now, and both times the flowers have been delivered when promised. Also their customer-service is second to none, the people that run it really are very efficient and helpful. I don't know about the quality of the flowers as I haven't seen them, but if the recipients' response is anything to go by they can't be bad at all! Hope this helps.
