    I ordered flowers from Valueflora last week for my MIL's birthday yesterday. I asked for them to be delivered on or before 12th November (her birthday is on the 13th) and they STILL haven't arrived yet.

    I'm really disappointed; especially since MIL's MIL had a stroke last week and is in a very bad way, I had hoped this would bring at least a small smile to her face.

    I have emailed and text Valueflora (no phone number available on their website) today and although it says they will reply within 4 hours - I haven't heard a peep from them. :mad:
    I have the mind of a criminal genius. I keep it in the freezer next to Mother....

    I was really disappointed with the flowers I ordered. They were a bit pathetic - nowhere near as nice as a £3.99 bunch from the supermarket and I paid 4 times that.

    i'm so sorry to hear you were let down...on there front page top right corner is a link to their live chat,why not try there.....i know they use royal mail,as mines came from them.....

    I finally got an email on 15th apologising for the non delivery. They sent out a replacement which was received safely yesterday (17th). MIL phoned to say the flowers were lovely but it was still disappointing for my first order. She is also away until Monday now so the flowers may be past their best by the time she gets back to enjoy them.

    Just an update about valueflora..I ordered 2 lots to be delivered yesterday for xmas presents for grandmothers.....Both have been paid for on the 7th of November and have NOT been delivered..I am very peed off as I have no presents for my grandmothers....Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..I emailed them just now but I doubt they will be there xmas eve

    I ordered flowers for my moms birthday they came 3 days early on a saturday. I think i would use the local flower shop next time. The flowers where very fresh but there wasn't that many of them......esp for the price.

    I am still waiting for an email response regarding the flowers I ordered not turning up...
    If they do get delivered next week my gran won't be at that address as she's back home then...Very mad....
