Switching from NPower - can they mess it up?
Options
Hi,
We've had some poor service from NPower after giving them a corrected meter reading - its taken them 4 months to put it through and they've just told me it wont be done until September!
I find this ridiculous so am going to move suppliers.
The question is: How hard is it, and what with NPower's utter incompetence are they likely to muck it up somehow?
I take it I shouldnt move until this correction is sorted?
Or maybe thats a delaying tactic to stop you moving.
Cheers,
Zebs

Edit: I am currently in the process of switching away from npower partly due to their sculpting tactics and partly to get a better deal. See:

Edit (2): Let me take this opportunity to wish you good luck - I suspect we may both need it.0 -
Thanks for the info.
I'm scared now!
They sound terrible, but I knew that really already0 -
I'm also in the same boat- looks like this will be a hard fight!0

It can be a fight, but it may also run smoothly too. By following that guide will ensure you switch, in either situation.
Good luck0
