Some of the Easyjet flights for Malaga ex. Stansted are v.cheap for 20/12, also the Liverpool Alicante route for same dates. Just got someone a 4* + in Benameldena h/board for just £359, good for Xmas!

You are right-Xmas deals if found must be booked straight away...I hate it when my customers say 'we'll ring you tonight after we've discussed it'. You try & say it'll go or go up & they call back to book & it's GONE! Nightmare.....!!
