i have a flex account with the nation wide on wedesday i put in my works wages [given cheque on wednesdy] i havent got a cheque book but i need to pay my rent on monday or ill get and evection notice
will the bank let me have a cheque to cover the rent monday {will be cleared by tuesday] plus my partners dla is in tuesday
if i had a cheque book on the account i wold be able to draw on cheque

Can't you just explain to your landlord the situation? I doubt the bank will issue you with an ad hoc cheque drawn on your account when there are no cleared funds yet.
If you can find someone else who's prepared to write a cheque to pay your rent with on Monday then you can repay them on the Tuesday before their own cheque clears. They won't actually need to have the money in their account on Monday.0
