Thank you Ronnie & Flower Its really encouraging having lovely people say lovely things on here it helps keep me on track which I need. If you have diaries too would love to have a nose through them I'm already a bit of a lurker on Horaces!

Went to boot camp class got a stitch within 5 minutes probably due to the large quantity of spaghetti bolognaise I had'nt fully digested. I actually enjoyed the class though I was feeling a bit down so it perked me right up and made me feel good again I never thouht I'd see the day that exercise = stress relief I normally rely on the hard booze for that!!

The bath is broken again we know the problem, its our hair, its completely clogged the plug hole up and no amount of corrosive liquid being chucked down there will shift it. The reason we have'nt told our landlord yet is a. this has happened before and he had to get someone to take the pipes apart to get our hair out and b. the washing machine just got fixed after our hair pins and a bra underwire got blocked in the filter....we are not his favourite tenants at the mo so now i tie carrier bags round my feet to have a shower so that all the cr*p that floats back through the plughole doesnt touch me....most alluring me in the buff with my aldi bags taped on my feet!

The co accountant is off work ill at the mo and apparently noone knows how to do his job so we are getting cheques this month :mad: waiting to get mine when the md comes back who was due an hour ago. Hopefully if i pay it in today it'll only go in one day late what a pain in the bum.

As for the ex we are on speaking terms really don't know whats going to happen so ill just get on with it and see if he gets in touch again if not I have coped with out him for a very long time im sure ill live

Thats all really, going swimming tonight so had a desperately quick shave of the legs before the water level went over my carrier bags no doubt ill have random patches of stubble all overthe shop again attractive but its ladies only night so no young boys with goggles swimming behind me noticing these things :rotfl:

Christmas Spreadsheet is amazing though I need to budget down a bit I'm not gonna have a life for the next 2 months thanks to christmas and I refuse to let that happen!! However fore warned is forearmed so as its been so quiet at work today im looking on the net for alternatives and nice stuff I can give so hopefully will cut down my christmas present spending as for someone with a small family and no boyfriend i was a little shocked (I have 'nt even accounted for christmas parties , wrapping paper etc etc !)

Got my friends other spreadsheet so am gonna have a go at that in a minute which sadly excites me! Im staying in again this weekend I'm starting to go a little stir crazy so have arranged a cheap night out next friday as im gonna be climbing the walls soon as much as staying in is nice I need to break them new shoes in its cruel to leave them gathering dust!!

Went swimming now ache everywhere, my colleague gave me a quick neck massage and a chocolate doughnut though which helped!! Am supposed to be going to the gym tonight fed up of exercise but ill go and just do some a little, still showering with bags on my feet and feel a little gloomy at realising how tight the next couple of months are gonna be but I must stick on track and keep putting as much as possible on my debt. Gonna focus on that signature changing next week and the figure going down! have a lovely weekend all

arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! ex just wants to be friends so why send a message saying hes not happy bout me being with someone else, why say he just wants to see me (incidentally im not with someone else) I wish he would stop messing with my head bought big bag of haribo huge bar of galaxy and a cra*py magazine, now feel fat and annoyed at wasting a fiver on aload of tat. I feel so blue I have stuck by him and stuck by him and i know i canb be full on but i wear my heart on my sleeve i cant help how i am, anyway thats all for today, dance class tomorrow still no sports bra :eek: . sore boobs and sore heart

Oh Effy im sorry to hear about your ex. I'll never understand men like that, he doesnt want to be with you but doesnt want anyone else to have you!!

Dont feel bad for wasting that £5, we all need a treat now and then, and i bet it made you feel better at the time!!

Is this still a problem? Why don't you put the plug in when you have a shower and just let out the water when you are safely out of the bath.

Hey Effy,

Couple of suggestions about the pipes:

1) Sounds like you need to invest in a hair trap or two! They only cost about £1 - keep one by the bath etc. and stick it over the plughole every time the plug is out (after a bath or during a shower/hairwash) and it will catch all thoe hairs and stop them getting into the pipes in the first place!

2) I once successfully cleared a pipe blockage of a similar nature with an old phone extension line twisted double and pushed down the plughole - don't think the blockage was too far down the pipe in this case, but it worked! Also, you may find you have more joy with an old fashioned plunger than the chemicals with a blockage like that, as hair doesn't dissolve easily like some stuff does.

Oh, and I always put bras in a cloth bag when I wash them, just to be safe. But HAIR pins? How on earth did they get in a washing machine? :rotfl:
