 try as i might- i can't spend money in tesco!!!
i went in on tuesday last week to buy deodorant, a cd, pepsi max cans, prawn cocktail crisps and bounty bars.
guess how many items were stocked:
1- the chocolate!
they no longer sell 'right guard extreme sport' mens deodorant- and the upward spray ones were the only ones not in the bogof offer on all other right guard deodorants  and they were all the same price
they only sell prawn cocktail crisps in variety packs or loose for 21p per pack
pepsi max 6x330ml cans have been out of stock for weeks (and are on offer- typical)
despite the new version of silent alarm by bloc party being in the charts- they didn't stock it.
i filled in one of the suggestion forms and ticked the option for the phone call within 48 hours (for a laugh- i wasn't expecting a phonecall), good job i wasn't expecting a phone call- i didn't get one.
similar story this week- one assistant on the whole of the grocery section, whenever any customer found a shopfloor worker they would get 'have you got *these numerous items*?' and the answer would inevitably be 'no sorry'.
thats the second time i have had to travel to asda (8 mile round trip) just to do a small amount of grocery shopping
come on tesco- sort it out

Our Tesco used to have a voucher system - if anything on special offer was out of stock, they'd give you a voucher so that you could buy at the special price next time you were in the store. Not sure if they still do them, but it might be worth asking (let them know the customer demand is still there!)Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

i find this happens a lot at tescos if you go after 8pm .. although they a 24 hour store seems after that time the shelfs dont get stocked up or so it appears.. dont give up if they dont ring you ring them and ask to speak to a manager.. if you dont want to ring them fill in more forms and keep filling them in if only with your phone number, they will eventually get the hint and ring you ..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0 -

Asda are just as bad mind you. Repeatedly (over 3 weeks) been trying to get Ricotta cheese - never in. It's normally in the evening before they stock up that I go shopping, but its frustrating none the less. There is no need to run outside
For better seeing,
Nor to peer from a window.
Rather abide at the center of your being.
