Royal Doulton Never again

I purchased some china from Royal Doulton direct in August, which had several faults so I returned them. It's now November and I'm still waiting for my replacements. Calls and emails to RD produces excuses and lies like 'warehouse computer system down', 'your order is being packaged for delivery right now' or 'being sent directly from one of our stores (no time frame)'. 
So which is it?
VERY POOR service from a long established company that should do better! Beware.
