The time you have wasted watching the price drop, you could have probably got a job washing dishes and earned more than the fiver you are saving.

Harsh, but they do have a point. It's also pretty risky. It could have doubled in price, but wouldn't have halved.

I predict that in less than a month the price of this flight will be less than £20 including taxes.

I think everyone is being a bit harsh. Yes, it may be only a fiver, but it does show that, contrary to a lot of people's beliefs, air fares can go done as the flight date approaches. Something I wasn't aware of, at least.

I think most of the comments are light hearted in the spirit of the forum
  • most cases easyjet or any low-cost airlines start low and then go higher, as the b/e is around 95-97% therefore to urge people to fly they start with bargain prices. then as it gets closer and demand gets more they go further and further up the price range, i had to wait to get confirmation of someone and in the week i waited i spent £20 more. opposite to the likes of BA etc. its the pricing strategy. its poss to fly on BA with the food etc than it is on some easyjet flights if your lucky. so the lesson is dont always rule the BA's out when looking for a lastminute deal

Did you actually book it and how are you going to get back.
Maybe wait a month for it to go down to a "predicted"level.
    Bon Voyage
