Is there a way that will load web pages at full size, so that i don't have to keep maximising them each time. For example when i load this web-site i have to maximise it, then when i go to the forums it loads it small, and i have to maximise it as well.
I,m hoping there is a tick box (or similar) that i can just click on to make each page load up full screen each time.
Hope you can help.

Start, Programs, Internet Explorer, Right click - Properties and set to Run normal window. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

@ espresso
Don't you mean - 'Set to run maximized?'
I think that's what the OP was after.

I suppose it depends what it is set to now and exactly what they want i.e. do they actually want it to totally fill the screen, rather than start minimized. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

If you set it to run in a 'normal window' it will start in the same state as when it was closed down, i.e. if you shut down the browser with a maximised window it will start with a maximised window, if you shut it down with a resized window it will start the next time with a resized window.0

I have never used AOL but I understand that you don't have to use their bundled software, which seems to be what most users complain about rather than the actual conection! Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0

That is correct. Back when I was on dialup I got AOL for the two month free trial (0800 number) then dropped it! It was great as it was the school holidays.espresso wrote:I have never used AOL but I understand that you don't have to use their bundled software, which seems to be what most users complain about rather than the actual conection!
Just minimise/close AOL as soon as you are connected and use Internet Explorer instead (or Opera if you are willing to be a bit different and dislike popups).0 -
