    Well maybe they should have done, but I don't know if they were chasing in addition to the times I was chasing, but even when they were chasing their requests were being ignored.

    In fact when I was trying to get the details I needed to write the letter my insurance company even said to me to write to them to find out why it took so long, and that maybe there are issues they need to look into as to why this was allowed to drag on for so long. I will be writing to them enclosing a copy of my letter and will mention this to them.
