    Hi, the answer is yes, I got a card about 2 years ago when i had 1 default which was settled and was only on electoral role for 1 year.

    (NB The default only had 1 year to run before the 6 years was up fyi)

    cool well the story is i have applied and had an email that i need to phone in and speak to someone about some details i have two defaults from nearly 4 years ago that are satisfied the department is closed today need to ring tomorrow
