UPS Delivery Trojan

Options
I am guessing many of you have fallen victim to this new virus as many of my friends have. It is a lethal trojan hidden in an email with the subject line UPS delivery note etc.
Many variations of this which all do the same thing.

It is nicely done in that nearly everyone receives some kind of package especially when all we do is buy on line. I have tried many different things to get rid of the virus once extracted and on many basic attempts have failed. Windows system restore does not work on this trojan, tried it many times.
In the end it was a blast of all anti spyware and antivirus solutions all done through safe mode and using autoruns to stop services from starting up.

Is there an easier method?

    education.

never ever no matter what open weird attachments or attachments from people you dont know.

infact have a think before opening attachments from people you do know just incase they were silly enough to open a virus that emailed it self to everyone in his/her address book.....
The orginal post in this thread has a very very slim chance of being about money saving. The post is more than likely to ask a question that google could answer better than any of us.

As I am sure you have too are friends who have no clue about viruses and think that virus software will block everything that comes through.
Trying to stop them opening up delivery emails is like stopping them from grabbing free Gucci hand bags.

I guess I shall have to do the same, what got me really angry is that one opened it up after knowing about it. They stated it was a blonde moment but one which cost me 3 hours.
