Don't get me started on Zavvi in September I ordered a harry potter audio book when it arrived it was tapes instead of cd's as described so I emailed them and was asked to send them back so I sent them back luckily got proof of postage so emailed a scanned copy of that and heard nothing, I waited and waited and then about a fortnight ago I emailed them again this audio book was £25 and she said she hadn't got my email (bull sh it) so I emailed it all over again and then eventually got a refund to my old bank account so then barclays had to send me a cheque!
here's the email address for the girl who I dealt with carly.beckton@thehutgroup.com
