Virus ?

Hi, I have a bit of a problem and hope you can help me out.

When I connect to the internet I keep getting a search thing coming up. Its Autoplay and im getting a little box keep appearing and its searching for Autoplay, but it just searches for a couple of seconds then goes off.
I did a virus scan earlier (AVG Free) and it found 2 and got rid but I am still getting this thing coming up and its very annoying.

Any help greatly appreciated, thanks very much. Oh im not too clever with computers so if you could tell me in simple terms the prob.

Just to add I have just finished doing a free online scan at trend housecall and its found nothing.
The Autoplay thing has also just stopped, im confused.........mind it doesn't take much to confuse me hehe

download the microsoft anti spyware if you are running Xp

and run that, if not Xp then spybot

http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/

and run them and let them fix everything

if it returns you will need to run them in "safe mode"
