    Go to this page:
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest#topaccounts

    and search for the words:
Want cash machine access to your savings?

There's three options listed there. Hopefully one will suit you! :D
You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.

In my defense, you didn't specify "Non-internet" in your original post.

Have you looked at the Post Office? They used to do a reasonable savings account with a cashpoint card.

Thanks you for your help. I signed with Abbey in the end really helpfull they advised the E saver at 5.8% and unlimited withdrawals with a card, she mentioned it was quicker to apply over the phone rather than online so took just 7 mins...should hopefully have card in 7 days!whoo hoo hoo xxx:T

You'll need to deposit £1/2m to enjoy 5.8% AER (in the first year). If you have so much money you'd do better to speak with an IFA. ;)

I wonder if she was on commission?

Have you read the key features? Here's a few to get you started...
    • Manage your savings over the Internet

    • Consider it if you want the speed and convenience of saving right here online

    • Don't consider it if you want to use a counter service in a branch
