Travelex Price Match

I have used this many times and always recieved a cheque within a matter of days.
Suddenly Travelex don't want to play the game.
The mailed me confirming the price match telling me a cheque would be dispatched straight away.
Two weeks later I mail them only to be told that the cheque is in the mail.
Still no sign (and no answer to my emails).
Has anybody else had problems getting Travelex to keep to the promises or is it just me?

I had the same problem with having to chase up Travelex for cheques that they had promised.
I submitted an additional price match request today and received the following reply:
With regard to our Price Promise the maximum refund over the life of the commitment is £50.00. This is stated within our terms and conditions on our website:
Accordingly this price commitment only applies to orders of up to £2,500 in any Business Day or a maximum refund per person over the life of the commitment of £50.
Our records show us that you have received up to £53.44 for the previous price promises and therefore will not be able to honour this price promise for the order number below and any future price promise orders you may place.
So, be warned if you've used them a few times
Cheers

I'm also having trouble getting Travelex to honour their price promise. It's been six weeks since they promised to send out a cheque and I've still got nowt back. Are they trying to use the postal dispute to defer their obligations? I'll give them til the end of this week andthen I'll send off a complaint.
What gets me is why do they insist on sending cheques out when all they need do is credit the account from which I paid for my currency online? I asked them to do this by email but they they didn't respond. I only want my 22 quid like they promised!!
