I've had a look - google, ebay etc but can't find anything, sorry. Do agree the lakeland ones are lovely but so expensive
Could you have a go and make a box? If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

My mum knits things to put jam jars in for gifts - last one I saw was a yellow and black stripy tube for a jar of honey in - tied up and embellished to look like a bee (complete with wiggly eyes and little guazy wings). It was very cute.
I can only knit squares though

Hans mum,
There's a template online for this pretty pink box http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=79352&d=1200941072
It's a little similar, you'd have to adjust the template to fit 4 jars at the base and then make the sides etc bigger to allow for this but it's a very basic design and shouldn't be too difficult to do. Then put in a half slit up and down card insert cross shape (hard to explain what I mean lol) to separate the jars.
Template pdf here http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3173830 -
thanks for all your good ideas, but might try these they're a lot cheaper

Got some other nice stuff on there, I like the orangy colour shopper with the wooden/bamboo handles, no price on those though.
I think the jam bags are gorgeous, nicer than a box0 -
