Problems accessing Tiscali email?

Is anyone else (still) having problems accessing Tiscali email? I believe there were server problems on Monday but we haven't been able to use it since. The Login and email pages are all muddled up (like there's 2 pages overlayed) and you can't type in your password. I think its a similar problem I had ages ago where I couldn't access Rpoints. I think I had to clear something out(?) or I definitely had to do something on my PC after they did an upgrade but I can't for the life of me think what it was. I think I've cleared out all the temp files and cookies but it still isn't working. We've emailed Tiscali for help from my husband's work but that can take up to 24 hours for a response. Any advice or info on anyone else with the same problem gratefully received!

I've just tried my tiscali email (via their website) and I've logged in ok (for once!!)
Only thing I can suggest is clearing down you temporary files again.0
