Hi,

I hope someone can help me!

I bought Rollercoaster tycoon 2 last night from asda I've put it in my laptop and loaded it on but when I click it to play on it, it will load then go off

Gutted

Any help appreciated

i take it you have vista?? probably for xp only

OR your graphics card is not good enough to play it

they do put the specs required on the back of the game

No I have XP but it also says that its for vista too

try uninstalling it and reinstalling it again.

RCT2 isnt a very graphics heavy game like RCT3 (which runs ok on my vista machine with onboard graphics)

Try patching* to the latest version.


*Should be the patch link, but the site is blocked here.

I've tried patching it and nothing has happened I have updated all my drivers and nothing has happened

any more advice please because i love this sort of game.

What would that achieve, it'd be the same code?

What are the specs of your PC? Have you cleaned your system (malware scans etc) recently?
