Right I love Star Trek but I can say with some surety that I am not a trekkie. There has just been an interview with some guy who dresses up at these coventions as character from TNG (who btw was only in it for one episode which was for only a minute maximum and he was dead!) but what is weirder is that he dresses up as that characters wife!!! !!!!!!????? Escapism. SOunds like something I-A might partake in

Should be worth it though and I have kind of saved up for it (well not so much saved up, but got a bonus in last wages so am blowing it on him).
I've been giving him clues every week on what time to meet me and what to wear etc and he has absolutely no idea where we are going! I'm hoping that Marcus Wearing will be there and we'll get a tour ot the kitchen to meet him as that would make Boyf's day! I know Gordon won't be there
.
Boyf is driving me to the pub on Saturday so no taxi costs though which is a bonus.

Should be totally worth it though. It is one of the things on my to do list after the debts are cleared and we've moved. (I'm a bit of a foodie - I love going to nice restaurants then trying to recreate the ideas at home)
