£49.95 here in rural Norfolk...was here half an hour...mentioned next door neighbour wanted his done...very offhand he replied "tell 'em to make an appointment". Now I guess he has a diary full of work, but surely at £100 an hour he could have organised a time and date there and then. There doesn't seem to be any competition, perhaps CORGI take all the profit.
  • £35 in Belfast....i def wouldn't like to pay £70. I knew there had to be at least one good thing about living in BELFAST !!!! LOL

    Try http://www.corgi-gas-safety.com/section_gas_law/about_installer_find_installer.asp

Put in your postcode and then scroll down the 'Choose category' list and select 'Domestic Central Heating'. The search will bring up those closest to you that have the minimum required qualification to legally carry out a boiler service. Then it's up to you to phone round them and see who's offering the best deal set against whos sounds the most sensible/trustworthy in your judgement.
  • Does anyone know how to turn the heat down and what number should it be at ? i think its somewhere out at the boiler.
