I took advantage of the spend £75 get £15 off your home delivery with Ocado and the Pampers nappies deal.
Anyway when they turned up and after the driver had gone I noticed that I should of received a free box of Green & Blacks chocolates, but didn't.
So I emailed Ocado (to tell them that I didn't receive this freebie!!!) and they email me back saying that they will give me a refund of £5 back to my Debit card as a good will gesture...which I received this morning.
Well Done Ocado :T :T :T

And the delivery driver gave the chocolates to his girlfriend/mother/wife as he always does.
Sorry, Blunkett-thinking took over then.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
