Has anyone tried to use their Banquet In A Box voucher yet?

Well I think I'm going to give up on this one, I've tried calling them on 3 different numbers, 1 doesn't work and the other 2 just ring out. I've tried to contact them through the contact page and that doesn't seem to work, emailed them last night with the email I found in FAQ section but heard nothing back :rolleyes:

I just got a call from them, apparantly it was because I wasn't spending over £50, but I was spending over the £50 so haven't got a clue whats wrong.

I have changed my order so it is under £50 and have emailed it. Hope I have sent it to the right email address.

I mailed my order to [EMAIL="admin@banquet-in-a-box.co.uk"]admin@banquet-in-a-box.co.uk[/EMAIL] they emailed me within about 20mins to confirm...

Then just await the lushy food!

Its sorted now, phew I feel quite bad for hassling them now, the guy actually seemed quite friendly when he called
