Mira showers - great customer service

The plastic shower head holder broke on my shower (which is over 10 yrs old)
Various local plumbing supplies either didn't have it in stock or quoted me £15 plus VAT for a replacement unit which I wasn't convinced were the older model.
I phone Mira who knew exactly what I wanted and quoted my £10 ish, but when I explained I only wanted one bit sent it to me with their compliments.
And the lady I spoke to was really friendly & knowledgeable.
