Bradford and Bingley internet saver- better rate

This is probably old news but I did a quick search and didnt find it .
Last year ( or was it the year before), following Martins advice I opened a Bradford and Bingley internet saver.
I only realised today that my account is paying 5.51% and the issue 3 is paying 6.51%. Obviously B and B never pointed this out, I dont blame them but I am miffed I`ve been missing out .
So for those of you that didnt know fill in the online form and it changes over within 24 hours.
Savings is not my subject so advise welcome if Im still getting a bum deal.
