Hiya,
I wanna take my younger siblings somewhere this or next week for the day, as there is no summer holiday this year, can anyone suggest somewhere we can go for cheap, possibly with a nights stay at a hotel, my budget is £140 if we stay over, or £80 if it is a day trip!
Thanks in advance..I am thinking about theme parks...hotels with fun facilites etc, we live in london, maybe we could go to scotland or somewhere..
Cheers

Have you been to Warwick Castle? If not it's a fab day out with loads to see and do. See this thread for free entrance.

If you want a hotel look at www.travelodge.co.uk and click on saver deals for a family room (sleeps 4). It is too late a booking to get the really cheap deals, but you could get a £29 per night room.
If your siblings are under 11, they would love Gullivers Land in Milton Keynes-it is cheaper £12 (under 90cm free) and quieter than the bigger theme parks and has more rides suitable for little ones-not sure where you live but not far from NW London.Devere hotels are doing £30 per night rooms and there is one in Milton keynes, they usually are for 2 adults and 2 children sleep free. There is no online availability online for the next 2 weeks but according to Ukhotdeals it is worth ringing up to check. Travelodge do £49 Wed 20th/21st

As said Warwick castle is fab and you can get free tickets saving £55 per family. Take a picnic. Leamington Spa tTavelodge hotel 2 miles from warwick is £29 for a family room on25nd August or 22nd £49, if you wanted to book in there and print off tickets to go into the castle for 2 days. £49 wed 20th.
Southend on sea has a good theme park Adventure Island and the travel lodge has £50 family rooms on 21st and £39 on 25th. You can usually get half price wrist bands for £11 pp or use tesco vouchers. You can do the park one day and spend a day at the seaside the next.

You can get a family room for similar rates near legoland eg.21st Aug in slough £49 or slightly nearer Windsor hotel on 25th August £49. Look for theme park discount offers on this site for tickets.
