Trust Help Required

I have a friend who is a beneficiary of a will. Some money has been set aside under a discretioanry trust but he receives CT benefit and housing benefits. we need to seek an investment for him that wont make determine him "interest in possession"

i think the lack of reply to a technical question shows gaps in the knowledge in the IFA community on here. IFAs are quick to jump on posts involve tens of thousands of pounds hoping to do business, but when it comes to a poster who is unlikley to convert, not many are interested. I have PMd you a viewpoint which I hope helps.

beware savers, the IFAs on here aren't all they are cracked up to be.
