I used to have a girlfriend who said she aged 50 years whenever she got in mine, she didn't last very long

It least I have an excuse: I'm a sales rep!!!:D
Am not knocking the Mondeo, or the X Type, both are decent cars, I spent 2 days filming in a jag dealership recently, and none of the customers were under 50.
I wouldnt consider a Jag until I am about 50, although I did become quite attached to a Project Kahn Top of the range XK8R in white and Carbon fibre

I always like mine because I could pretend I was a baddie in the Sweeney, even though it was a modern XJ40. I'd love an XJ8 one day. Plenty of people where I work have X Types for company cars and some are even under 40.It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
the only reason 'old' people are associated with nice cars is because a) it takes you most of your life to earn enough to pay for one and
b) midlife crisis...
BTW I am 37 and I aspire to have a Jag... I think you're using these forums to show off a teensy bit...lol0 -
Just to let you all know, i borrowed my dads's softtop jag last weekend, Everyone was jealous of me! and the car is dream to drive! I'm 26 and female and if i could afford one i would buy one in a shot! they are not old peoples cars!0

I'm 24 and seriously contemplating a Volvo for my next car!0

People who say you're driving an old man's car are nothing less than ignorant and jealous.
They go quiet when you enquire of them the pinnacle of motorised transport to which they subscribe. Usually some faceless eurobox.0
