Cant pay for item i won on ebay as paypal says page cannot be displayed!!!!

Email the seller to let them know you're having problems getting onto the Paypal page to pay them and you will pay as soon as you can get on.

This way, you can keep trying and the seller knows that you're doing your best (I did this a few days ago, and managed to get on the site after a couple of hours).

This happened to me once when I tried paying though Ebay - instead I went directly to Paypal.com and the invoice was sitting in there waiting to be paid, so I paid directly from there.

I've been having problems too, although spookily every time I email the seller to say that Im having problems, it then works.

I was having problems with Paypal so I now go through Firefox instead of Internet Explorer and that works a treat.

me too, only i had to go through IE instead of firefox to get the page to open!

Hi sorry only gettn on again now. I emailed the seller the morn after auction ended she was lovely about it. I tried everything to get into it on my kitchen pc which is XP then i went on living room pc and got in straight away and its vista. Thanks for all the replies.
