How to put funds into the Asda Xmas saving card?

After reading Martins article about the savings bonus you get for investing for a day in the store Xmas saver thingies - I was interested in Asdas.
How can you pay for the top up - cash/cheque or could I use my tescos credit card and get tescos points too?
