technika usb mouse and vista

i broght a technika mouse from tesco which said is was compatibale with win xp and vista
it works fine with xp but when i boot up vista it is not recognised
i have tried variuous usb port to get it recogised and it starts to install driver but then says that it cannot install inf driver as its only work with win 98 or later ??????
vista is later than 98 so it should work
technika dont have a website themselves where i can possible get a driver

I've got exactly the same problem with a Technika mouse bought from Tesco ! Also have Vista. Anyone know how I can resolve this?0
