    Assumng you are serious:

Then yes, bills for "services" e.g. garage, are purchases.
It might not fit within your credit limit though.
Are you sure you want to pay for this privately?
Make sure you understand what happens (financially) if something goes wrong (my niece had 5 operations).
Also if you are talking implants then you will need a new operation in 10 years.
So make sure you understand the "follow on" costs.

This is expensive so think really hard as to going NHS.

i have been for a consultation and know all the ins and outs.
It covers me for the first 4 years incase anything goes wrong they just open me up and re-do them for free.
so is a boob job a 'service' as u put it?
Thank you for replying to me by the way

There are broadly three types of transactions, retail purchases, balance transfers and cash withdrawals. Cosmetic surgery is a service, so would be classed as a purchase ;)

I agree a 0% card is the way to go...just so long as there isn't a squeeze on inflationary pressures. :D

Yes - good and "services" are purchases where services mean things like - garage bills, hairdressing and medical bills etc.

You need to check with the surgery because they may add on a fee for paying by card.
Some companies add on a fee for paying by card e.g. holiday companies, airlines, theatres etc.

Can you get this Cosmetic Op on the NHS??
    It depends on the circumstances.
For purely cosmetic reasons then no.
If you need the op for "health" reasons then yes, where "health" can be emotional/psycological problems rather than purly physical.
So if you were for example geuninely suicidal over it then you may well get treated.
