The most MSE way of buying C&P is by the 100ml pump, 3 at a time, direct from the LE website. Works out a bit cheaper than the 200ml tubes, and controls how much you use ;) There's currently a free delivery offer on the 3-pack, too, together with anything else you order at the same time: http://uk.lizearle.com

The 3-pack doesn't come with muslin cloths but if you've been using it a while I'm guessing you've got a few already.

    Hi Bargain

Haven't used it yet but would like to. Just need to use up what I already have so probably won't be trying it for a while. Had noticed the three pumps with the free p&p which is a shame. Hopefully she'll have some good bargains when I come around to trying it.

I would like to eventually try the C&P and thought if I get on with it it might be more MSE to buy the tube. I am currently using a tube of cleanser at the moment and use about the size of a 2p. Would this be about the right amount for the C&P or would it be too much. I usually use my cleanser on a wet face as I use it in the shower.

Cos Im feeling so helpful today I just went and measured what comes out of 1 pump of the pump dispenser - inch at the most (2cm) or the size of the icing on an iced gem :D

2cm, pretty much the size of a 2 pence piece then.

  • More than £10 for 100ml of cleanser sounds pricey, but it might be good value for money if the formulation is really effective. I have just been looking at it on the Liz Earle website but they don't give a full ingredient listing on there, and the nearest stockist is about 50 miles from me.

If anyone has the patience to scan in the ingredient list I would be very interested to read it.

I've always made sure that I use just slightly under one pump each time so that it lasts a bit longer. I don't have a tiny face and it's still enough for me to cleanse properly.

Also a while back someone here said about cutting the pumps open when they stop pumping as there's quite a few days worth inside when it seems all gone!
