having a problem with the arrow on my laptop on start-up of laptop,it wont move from the centre of the screen,hence not able to start up aol etc.But when i remove the laptops battery it starts up no problem.cannot work out why.Installed extra memory yesterday but this problem has been happening for about 1 week now,the extra memory has helped speed up the start-up with the battery depatched.
