My son and I share the computer. He's obviously been trying to download something as I've come across this message :
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the Sonic Activation Module disk and click OK Use Source 1.
which comes up every time I turn on computer. I've looked at the programs installed but can't see it to delete it.
Any idea what I can do. I have a firewall so hopefully no damage but its just annoying.
Thanks.

try going into "common files" and deleting the program.....or going into the startup menu and removing sonic (though this is a quick fix)
have alook at this thread http://forums.techguy.org/all-other-software/457318-solved-sonic-activation-module-startup.html
and just so you know a firewall is NO GOOD if you or your son accept something for download (intentionally or not) antispyware and antivirus are far more importantIf you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly
I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right0
