I recently opened an account with Grattan as I wanted to buy a pair of velvet curtains.

I also ordered some Adidas trousers, however, when they came they were too short so I arranged for them to be returned by their courier.

Thursday 31st July - waited in all day, courier never turned up

Rang Grattan and arranged another collection

Wednesay 6 August - OH waited in all day, courier never turned up

Rang them again, arranged another collection

Monday 11 August - OH waited in all day, courier never turned up

Got bill yesterday - 20% discount for first order not taken off, in addition I ordered throough Quidco but nothing showing!

I can't believe how useless they are. I don't think I will be ordering anything else! :mad:

OK, update - rang them on Tuesday and put in a complaint. They re-arranged collection for yesterday - OH waited in all day and nobody turned up!

What can I do to make them come and collect my parcel?

can you not go to the post office to return it with a pre-paid envelope?

Nope has to go via courier, the invoices no longer have prepaid labels.

Can you not just ring up the courier yourself, i pressume it will be a self employed person from Parcelnet collecting/delivering.
