PC wont turn Off

Decided to go wireless last week (netgear) Pc and laptop.
Its been workinfg fine-ish so far, However after being on the PC last night it wont turn off. I get the pop up for - Switch user - Switch Off - Restart but when i click Switch Off nothing happens, So its been on all night and still wont turn off this morning.
Hope someone can help.

press and hold the power on button.(usually about 10 seconds)
This should force it to power it off completely, and then restart it normally.
Your problem may go away with this simple reset, hopefully.“Careful. We don't want to learn from this.”0
