In the last couple of days I have started getting a prompt from my firewall that Windows Defender Utility is trying to connect to http://131.107.115.28/ port 80.
As I have Windows Defender I would usually allow this change but instead I looked on the above website and got 'Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed'
How do I know whats good and whats bad?

I see your link connects to Google. Is that the only way to find out if the link is OK? Why are Microsoft so secretive? If some rogue programme wants to dial out it would be easy to mask it a Windows Defender wouldn't it?0
