Jessops have 300+ prints available at 3p each until the 29th November 2010. They offer free collection from stores or postage is £1.99 which seems to be irrelevant of how many prints you order

:(I too have just tried to grab the FREE photo wall calendar from Vistaprint, just cost me a total of £6.42!! Breakdown is:- free calendar, photo upload cost £1.99, cheapest postage (allow upto 21 days) £3.08, cost of colour (I chose to have date captions/birthdays in colour) £0.39p, TAX £0.96p - GRAND TOTAL £6.42 - not quite the freebie they're advertising but then they've got round this by saying the calendar is free - it's just not by the time you've added your photographs!! To be fair, I did actually place the order knowing at this point that it was costing me £6.42 - BUT I only did this because I'd taken so long choosing the photos in the first place (over 2 hours!). Vistaprint I believe are therefore getting custom a very sneaky way - false advertising, oh forgot to mention - the length of the process of actually paying for the calendar - It was like running the gauntlet, trying to get to the overall payment button without inadvertantly ordering the other items thrust at me ie: photo keyrings, mugs, flip desktop calendars, business cards, mouse mats! I wouldn't normally have ordered this item on principal, I must say that I have certainly made an exception - however by way of my own little protest - I won't be ordering from them again!:):):)0

Just saw the offer for Albelli photobooks, and the comment that it had little feedback, so thought I'd add my tuppence.
Easyjet had an offer in the summer where if you spent £10 on the onflight shop, you'd get a £14.95 voucher, so I did that.
It is completely and totally worth it! I am a bit of an amateur photographer but like too many people these days with digital, my photos stay on my hard drive and never see the light of day.
This made me look at them again, and carefully choose what would work well, and the feedback I have received from people who have seen the finished product has been on the lines of "wow, I didn't even know you could take pictures!" :rotfl:
The catch is... if you're like me an avid snapper, the amount of pages you get free with the offer is simply not enough, and you'll end up spending double, and still think that you need to do this again!!!
Stuff arrived promptly, well packaged, very good quality pictures and paper, good printing quality, the software takes a bit of using to, but all in all, I would (and will) order from them again.
Hopes this helps.0 -
Hi all. I noticed the calendar offer on my email today (free £15 calendar from Albelli, pay only postage - currently £2.80) and I noticed the comment about not knowing much about the company.
I used them a month ago, through Groupon, and got a fantastic 30cm square canvas for, in total, £15 ish, incl postage. I was very impressed with the quality and have not hesitated to order 2 'free' calendars, ordered separately and going to different addresses as Chrimbo pressies! (promo dode -CALBELLI, usable til Jan)
The website is easy to use (though not to log back into as a repeat user) AND as you upload photos, there is indication of how well the quality will be on the finished product - eg, for a canvas, an uploaded Facebook photo is not great, but a hi-res digi photo from a good camera is great!

Not sure about Christmas deliveries, but given it was from Belgium, my canvas was EXTREMELY fast.0 -

I was unable to complete my order due to a server error last night I think a lot of people have taken advantage of the offer :T and it is still not able to complete my order this morning, it gets stuck at 87% each time.0

Got to say I'm very happy with my Vistaprint calendar. Got something like £6.50 back by going through Quidco. To start with the calendar was a bit more expensive through this link but then got so much more cashback it made sense to do that. Calendar's come as an Xmas present and got to say it looks the business as well. Paid for the longer delivery time but came in about half that time.0

I ordered a little booklet from them when the email came through from Martin.
I must say I was really impressed with the quality of the finished product. Very clear images, lovely 'arty' touches, and best of all - free!
And to be fair, I don't remember getting any third party calls either.
I'm off to do it again for my mum :jJune 2009 - Wii; December 2009 - Fortnum & Mason Hamper; 2009 - Little Red Tractor DVD; How to afford time off work book; April 2010 - Mamas & Papas Pram; May 2010 - Imperial Leather Goodies; Jan 2011 - Trivial Pursuit cards; Narnia goodies; VTech cot mobile (stopped comping!) Nov 2011 - Kiddicare cotbed.0
