Correctly, the number is (020) 3004 3199.
The code for London is 020. London numbers are 8 figures long, starting with "3", "7" or "8".
There are no such codes as 0203, 0207 or 0208.
Back in 2004, Oftel announced that some new numbers were going to start "3", and journalists had to invent a story about it (nonsense about a new code, and that numbers would change etc).
