Claiming On Credit Cards

hi everyone,
i hope somebody can help??
i have bought a laptop off ebay and paid via my capital one c/card through paypal £160. when it arrived today the screen was broken, i dont think it was done in transit, i have put in a dipute with ebay and a claim with paypal under their free ins. but you only get 80% of your money back if your lucky.
the question is can i claim off my credit card for this ?? as i think it is a kind of fraud

    I think most cards specifically exclude any transactions with paypal. Try searching as its been asked a lot.

    Yes under section 75 of the consumer credit act for goods purchased over £100 you can get a refund due to the fact the items were supplied in a deceptive manner i.e not working when stated they were, who was the seller if you don't mind me asking?
