hi everyone,
i hope somebody can help??
i have bought a laptop off ebay and paid via my capital one c/card through paypal £160. when it arrived today the screen was broken, i dont think it was done in transit, i have put in a dipute with ebay and a claim with paypal under their free ins. but you only get 80% of your money back if your lucky.
the question is can i claim off my credit card for this ?? as i think it is a kind of fraud
thanks in advance

Yes under section 75 of the consumer credit act for goods purchased over £100 you can get a refund due to the fact the items were supplied in a deceptive manner i.e not working when stated they were, who was the seller if you don't mind me asking?Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.0
