Tried and tested fatless sponge recipe please

Hi, I'd like a really tried and tested 2 egg fatless sponge recipe. I've just made one by the weigh the eggs and use the same weight of sugar and flour. I've got to say it's not a great sucess - It tastes far too sweet, It's done on the outside and not in the middle and it rose up beautifully and then sank!
I'm normally quite a good baker honest, but this one defeated me!
