i got signed to the essentials tarriff on british gas and was due a final rebate cheque of £16 before they changed the way they give you the rebated (finally realised just taking it off your meter is a better way).........i have been waiting since february for the £16 and whenever i phone bg i am told there are thousands waiting and im moving up the list...

what a joke...

anyone else still waiting for a cheque?
