Cheapest Line Rental Only

Does anyone know of any companies that do just the line rental ?
I am looking to switch from BT and need just line rental, we have our calls covered by another provider (TalkTalk) but don't necessarily want to be tied in for a contact.
I'm wondering if there are alternatives?

If your calls are with Talk Talk you can only use them or BT for your line rental.Only BT allow you to place your calls with another supplier.

The cheapest supplier of line rental is

but they require you to take one of their calling plans ,and sign a 12 month contract.
