Excel set-up?

This may be a really stupid question, but yesterday (and all other days before yesterday) when I was using excel I used my arrow keys to navigate around.
Today when I try and use my arrow keys, the whole screen moves, rather than my cursor moving around the screen.
I must have pressed something to set it wrong, but what have I pressed? more to the point how do I get it back to normal?
Thanks in anticipation!

Someone else may be along who can suggest an easier way to resolve your Excel problem, but I find that restoring PC to before problem occurred usually works for me.

When I first started using Excel it took me 2 days to sort the same problem out
Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!
